In a shocking move, Kansas State University has announced that legendary running back Darren Sproles will be joining the Wildcats’ coaching staff as the new offensive coordinator.
Sproles, who played for the Wildcats from 2001 to 2004, is widely regarded as one of the greatest players in K-State history. During his time in Manhattan, Sproles set numerous records, including the school’s all-time leading rusher title.
After a successful NFL career with the San Diego Chargers, New Orleans Saints, and Philadelphia Eagles, Sproles is returning to his alma mater to share his expertise and help shape the next generation of Wildcats.
