Storrs, CT – University of Connecticut women’s basketball head coach Geno Auriemma has achieved another milestone in his illustrious career. Auriemma has become the first UConn head coach to enter the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame and have a full documentary feature on Netflix.

Auriemma’s induction into the Hall of Fame in 2006 recognized his outstanding contributions to the sport, including his 11 national championships and numerous conference titles.

The Netflix documentary, which chronicles Auriemma’s life, coaching career, and legacy, offers a unique glimpse into the mind and philosophy of one of the greatest coaches in women’s basketball history.
