Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Kevin Kiermaier and his wife, Marisa, are celebrating the newest addition to their family. The couple welcomed their second child, a healthy baby boy, on a sunny August morning. The Kiermaiers, who are already parents to a young son, Karter, were overjoyed to expand their family.
Kevin shared the exciting news on social media, posting a photo of him holding the newborn with the caption, “Welcome to the world, little one! We’re beyond blessed and excited for this next chapter as a family of four.”
In the post-game interview that evening, Kiermaier couldn’t hide his excitement. “It’s been an amazing day,” he said with a broad smile. “Marisa and the baby are doing great. I’m just so grateful to be surrounded by so much love and support from my teammates and everyone in the Dodgers organization.”
His Dodgers teammates also joined in on the celebration. “We’re thrilled for Kev and Marisa,” said Clayton Kershaw. “He’s such a great guy, and we know he’ll be an amazing dad to both his boys.”
Marisa, in a brief update, mentioned, “Karter is already the best big brother. We’re just soaking in all these special moments together.”
As the Kiermaier family adjusts to life with their new bundle of joy, Kevin remains focused on his role with the Dodgers, balancing fatherhood and his career with the same dedication that has made him a standout on the field.
