Alabama football fans are grieving the recent loss of Khyree Jackson, who tragically died in a car accident on July 6. Now, another former Crimson Tide player, Terrance Howard, is in critical condition following a severe car crash.
Howard, a walk-on defensive back from Missouri City, Texas, joined the University of Alabama in the 2023 signing class. After contributing to the Tide’s Southeastern Conference Championship, he chose to transfer to North Carolina Central. Recently, Howard was involved in a devastating accident. Reports indicate that after the crash, he attempted to help others but was struck by another vehicle. His injuries are severe, and he is currently fighting for his life.
Efforts are underway to ensure Howard receives top-notch medical care and is eventually transferred to Houston, Texas, where his family resides. Donations through a Go FundMe campaign are aimed at covering:
– Emergency transportation from Charlotte, N.C., to Houston
– Critical specialized treatment
– Additional costs associated with his extensive recovery process
So far, over $30,000 has been raised to support Howard.
