Seven Georgia Tech football players have been named to the official watch list for the 2025 East-West Shrine Bowl. The athletes are defensive tackle Zeek Biggers (Salisbury, N.C./West Rowan H.S.), defensive backs LaMiles Brooks (Jacksonville, Fla./Trinity Christian Academy) and Warren Burrell (Suwanee, Ga./North Gwinnett H.S.), defensive lineman Kevin Harris II (Loganville, Ga./Grayson H.S.), quarterback Haynes King (Longview, Texas/Longview H.S.), offensive lineman Jordan Williams (Gainesville, Ga./Gainesville H.S.), and defensive lineman Sylvain Yondjouen (Ruisbroek, Belgium/Don Bosco School).
The East-West Shrine Bowl, the oldest college football all-star game in the country, provides a platform for top college players to showcase their skills to professional scouts and a national audience. The 100th edition of the game will take place on January 30, 2025, at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, and will be broadcast nationally on NFL Network.
Georgia Tech has had 28 players participate in the East-West Shrine Game, with linebacker Charlie Thomas being the most recent in 2023. Thomas is now with the Cleveland Browns.
Georgia Tech is set to begin fall camp on Wednesday as they prepare for their season opener against Florida State on August 24. The game will be part of the Aer Lingus College Football Classic at Aviva Stadium in Dublin, Ireland, with kickoff at noon ET and coverage on ESPN.
Season tickets for the 2024 Georgia Tech football season are available, offering prime seating for home games, including matchups against Duke, NC State, and Miami (Fla.), as well as the highly anticipated game against Notre Dame at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Season tickets start at $225. Three-game mini-plans are also on sale, featuring key games against Notre Dame, VMI, Duke, and NC State.
